Eurofinance is proudly a 100% owned Australian Group of Companies.
Eurofinance is best described as a boutique Finance Company which specialises in property. The history of Eurofinance traces back to 1972 when its founder, Jim Socratous opened an accountancy practice in Sydney’s inner west. With a strong work ethic and desire to provide his client base with a common sense approach to their financial needs, Eurofinance was created. Over time, the group has expanded into areas such as Balance Sheet lending, Mortgage Management, Mortgage Origination and Fund Management.
Eurofinance has a personal style that differentiates it from many other financial institutions. Customers who contact us will speak to a “real” person. They can speak directly to a Director at any time as our hands on management style is an important quality of the business.
We adopt and steadfastly practice three important high moral principles – Integrity, Service and Respect.

SERVICE :- Eurofinance is a customer focused organization that provides products and services tailored to meet our customers’ needs. Quality service to our customer is embedded in the culture of all our personnel. The term “service” is quite often used flippantly in some organizations. Eurofinance considers a high service level integral to it’s success in a very competitive Financial Services industry.
RESPECT :- Eurofinance recognizes that to grow a sustainable business over the long term, it is imperative that we acknowledge the importance of building relationships. Our Group of Companies
The Group consists of one Unlisted Public Company and two Private Companies. The same Management team is accountable for all three entities.
Eurofinance
Capital Limited is an Unlisted Public Company which commenced
its operation in 2002. It was formed for the purpose of
raising funds from the general public through an ASIC
recognized Prospectus. The funds raised are pooled and on-lent
to Borrowers on a Registered First Mortgage basis secured over

Eurofinance
Corporation Pty Limited is a Private Company which commenced
its operation in 1993.
Advance Investment Finance No 2 Pty Limited (AIF) is a Private Company which commenced its operation in 1989. It was formed at the time as a specific purpose company to on lend funds provided to it by a merchant bank known as Monte Paschi Australia (MPA). Bendigo Bank Limited in turn purchased MPA and became the funder for AIF. In 2005 the Bendigo Bank facility was refinanced to Adelaide Bank Limited because of superior Commercial terms. Adelaide Bank approved the facility predominantly based on the Management experience and excellent trading history. They provide a “come and go” facility of $50 million which is managed in a similar fashion to Eurofinance Capital Limited.

We want to develop existing business relationships and “open new doors” with those who share our vision. Eurofinance is proud of its history which dates back to 1989. We are a long term member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia and Finance Brokers Association of Australia Limited. To ensure transparency we are members of the Financial Industry Complaints Service Limited and Credit Ombudsman Service Limited.
Eurofinance is fully aware that to build relationships it is important that every link in the processing chain is dependable. We have forged proactive partnerships with key service-based professionals such as Valuers, Mortgage Insurers and Solicitors to deliver second to none service to our Originators.
